• SDG 3: Good health and well-being: Our solutions protect employees from AI-caused physiological harm, the framework directly supports mental health and allows for employee creativity to continue to flourish.
• SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth: Our framework must be created and edited by humans, allowing for humans to dictate ethical protection for their coworkers. This gives a department like HR the ability to do decent work in creating conditions where AI and employees can work side by side with no risk to well-being.
• SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure: The world runs on industries like banking and it is important for these companies to stay up to date with infrastructure and innovation. TD is a company with no AI integration in the workplace; however starting with a base like an ethical framework can allow them to stay ahead of the curve in their industry.
